Job Overview

We’re on the lookout for a creative and driven Videographer / Motion Content Creator to bring Lendela’s storytelling to life through high-impact video and motion design. Based in our Kuala Lumpur office, you’ll play a central role in producing content that connects with our audiences, focusing on Singapore primarily.

You’ll work closely with our marketing and product teams to craft engaging video assets—from explainer videos and digital ads to TikTok content and user testimonials. You have a strong eye for storytelling and design, but also understand performance metrics and what makes content engage and even convert. Whether it’s setting up a shoot or animating micro-interactions, you’ll be hands-on across concept, creation and execution.

This role is ideal for a content creator who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is hungry to really be part of shaping a fintech brand. You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and work cross-functionally with teams across offices and markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end production of video and motion content—from pre-production to post

Edit and animate visual assets using “traditional” tools as well as AI support

Plan, shoot and edit video content, including customer testimonials and internal brand stories

Deliver engaging TikToks, IG reels, and paid social content optimised for mobile-first viewing
