What You Will Get To Do :

  • New Business Development :
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across software products, SaaS platforms, and BPO services.

  • Client Engagement :
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within large Malaysian enterprises.

  • Strategic Relationship Management :
  • Foster long-term partnerships with stakeholders including COOs, Heads of Operations, Product Teams, and Procurement.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution :
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, territory plans, and account management frameworks to meet and exceed revenue targets.

  • RFP / RFI Management :
  • Lead the response process for RFPs and RFIs in collaboration with bid management and solutioning teams.

  • Solution Selling :
  • Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to design and present customized solutions aligned with client needs.

  • Pipeline & CRM Management :
  • Maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools such as Go-Check and HubSpot.

  • Market Intelligence & Insight :
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments (e.g., SC Malaysia, Labuan FSA) to inform sales strategies and product positioning.

    What You Will Bring :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in high-value solution sales, preferably within the Financial Services industry.
  • Proven expertise in Transfer Agency and the application of investment management knowledge to software solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue quotas in a solution sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and the Malaysian regulatory landscape for Asset Managers.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing complex sales cycles independently.
  • Established network within the Malaysian enterprise sector.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization and collaborate across geographies.
  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
