What You Will Get To Do :
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across software products, SaaS platforms, and BPO services.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within large Malaysian enterprises.
Foster long-term partnerships with stakeholders including COOs, Heads of Operations, Product Teams, and Procurement.
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, territory plans, and account management frameworks to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Lead the response process for RFPs and RFIs in collaboration with bid management and solutioning teams.
Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to design and present customized solutions aligned with client needs.
Maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools such as Go-Check and HubSpot.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments (e.g., SC Malaysia, Labuan FSA) to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
