We are looking for a Lead PHP Developer to lead and grow our KL development team and own the delivery of core web and internal systems. This is a hands‑on leadership role. You will learn our systems, write code, mentor developers, and work closely with our CTO and remote dev team to keep our Company's digital platforms robust, scalable, and evolving.

What You Will Do

Lead and grow a PHP development team in our Kuala Lumpur-based office.

Own delivery of website features, internal tools, and backend system improvements.

Ensure code quality, reliability, and performance, with smooth integration into existing systems.

Work with the CTO and remote dev team on architecture, priorities, and technical decisions.

Mentor KL developers and provide clear day-to-day technical direction.

Help define and improve development practices, code review standards, and release processes.

What we are looking for

Senior‑level PHP developer with proven leadership experience.

5+ years of team leadership experience (Tech Lead, Lead Developer, Engineering Manager, or similar).

Strong understanding of modern PHP frameworks and backend architecture.

Experience building or scaling a development team.

Track record of shipping reliable code fast in a production environment.

Office‑based in Kuala Lumpur, Monday to Friday.

Malaysian citizenship required for this Kuala Lumpur‑based position.
