Associate Engineer, Civil (Contract 2 years)

Lynas Malaysia are searching for university graduates who are keen to pursue career as an engineer.

We will provide you hands-on knowledge and experience on our operations in the rare earths manufacturing, ways of doing business, and also project management skills among others.

You will be engaged with training, competence-based task, opportunities on job rotations and mentoring by our skilled engineers, technical coaches and leaders.

Requirements of this programme :

• Degree holder in Civil Engineering and other related courses with first class CGPA result.
• Graduated within the last 18 months.
• Actively involved in extracurricular activities at school and university level
• Strong project management & leadership skills, detail-oriented, organized, problem-solver, time management and great communications skills.
• Good interpersonal skills to confidently interact with people of all cultures and at all levels.
• Exceptional in English both speaking and writing skills.
• Must be willing to work in Kuantan, Pahang, Malaysia.
