Overview
We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Marketing & Admissions to join our dynamic education team, driving student recruitment and leading end-to-end admissions operations. Responsibilities
To execute strategies and tactics to raise awareness of the institution and drive qualified traffic. To deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution. Propose experimentation with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels to improve marketing awareness. Organize relevant marketing events to facilitate student recruitment activities. Ensure quality, engaging content for all online and offline marketing collaterals that attracts and converts the target market. Manage website, social media, and other digital platforms. Lead on social media techniques and strategies to engage a wider digital audience and increase qualified lead generation. Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors. Monitor the marketing budget and allocate funds wisely. Prepare documentation in adherence to policies. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights, and assess against goals. Analyse consumer behaviour and propose adjustments to advertising campaigns accordingly. Grow international student recruitment by generating enquiries from various markets and achieving sign-ups in line with school policies. Develop and nurture new international markets for student recruitment. Acquire relevant support from the schools to ensure successful implementation of campaigns and strategies. Work on other tasks assigned by superior and top management. Undertake special assignments and ad-hoc functions as required. Generate reports, data analysis, and recommendations to achieve objectives and KPIs. Prepare progress and work plan reports. Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow the business. Compile admission reports for management review to ensure maximum conversion of enquiries and up-to-date information. Facilitate and oversee the registration and admission process for new students. Generate enrollments, meet enrollment targets, and produce enrollment reports for management. Identify, acquire, and develop new sales opportunities and convert unconverted leads into opportunities. Participate in sales and marketing events such as fairs, open days, and roadshows as needed. Manage marketing communications activities for the institution. Involve in events and activities as required. Qualifications
Minimum a Degree in Marketing or related field. At least 5 years of relevant experience in the education industry. Good analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Fluency in English; ability to communicate in Mandarin is essential. Persuasive communication and excellent presentation skills. Willingness to travel and work on weekends where necessary. Strong analytical skills, pleasant personality, and good work attitude. Benefits
