Job description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Market Benchmarking

  • Participates in market benchmarking exercise with selected vendors by preparing quality remuneration data
  • Retrieves and analyses market data and internal data to impact rewards design
  • Keeps abreast of regulatory & legislative changes, and market dynamics as an input to rewards design

2.Reward Engagement & Delivery

  • Engages relevant stakeholders on rewards design and rewards deliver by collaborating with HR Business Partners and Employee Engagement team
  • Ensures timely and quality execution of the rewards delivery by partnering with the Performance Management, HRIS and Payroll teams
  • Responds to policy clarification questions from employees within rewards
  • 3.Build Capability

  • Provides guidance on rewards matters, policy governance and interpretation
  • Coach various stakeholders on the area of rewards
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Actuarial Science or related field (preferred).
  • Good experience in Microsoft Office (ie. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good analytical skills, meticulous and able to work independently.
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results oriented, fast paced, resourceful and proactive.
  • Resilient and able to deliver under pressure.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
