Job descriptionFollow up with customer inquiries and sales leads Develop new clients and maintain existing relationships Prepare quotations and sales proposals Conduct cold calling, cross-selling, and upselling Monitor client payment and account status Update sales data and reporting system Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Purchasing, Logistics) Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor Basic salary RM3,000 – RM4,000 (plus sales commission) Negotiable based on experience Performance bonus Training provided + career advancement opportunities
Requirements
- Holds a Diploma / Degree / Professional qualification
- Has at least 2 years of sales or product sales experience (international sales is a plus)
- Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Is honest, responsible, and self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Speaks English, Malay, and Chinese (trilingual preferred)
