Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and result-driven Marketing Manager to join our innovative Web 3 company. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our brand, products, and services within the rapidly evolving blockchain and cryptocurrency industry.

Responsibilities

  • Website Development and Optimisation : constantly optimise website to ensure product information, banners, medium blogs, media, etc are updated and that UI / UX are on strategy with the brand; work closely with IT Department / Developers on building new websites or launching services in providing and implementing content
  • Content Creation and Management : oversee and implement the creation and distribution of compelling content, including blog posts, whitepapers, social media content, and other materials relevant to the crypto community; continually develop new content, channels, creatives and ideas for experimentation, optimization and acquisition growth
  • Social Media Engagement : manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and others; develop innovative campaigns and activities leveraging the latest trends in the crypto space
  • Community Building and User Growth : foster and actively engage with the community through online forums, social media groups, and other platforms; implement strategies to build and maintain a strong and active community; work closely with external agencies to ensure timely production of high-quality content
  • Event Coordination : plan and execute participation in industry events, conferences, and meetups to enhance brand visibility; coordinate the organization of virtual and in-person events
  • Collaborations and Partnerships : identify and establish strategic partnerships with influencers, crypto projects, and other relevant entities; collaborate with external partners to amplify marketing efforts
  • Data Analysis : review and analyze the results of campaigns and experiments, and provide further strategic optimization suggestions

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English in spoken and written
  • Strong passion for working in a start-up environment
  • Understanding of cryptocurrency-related terminologies and trends
  • Experience in editing / writing / creating Web3-related content and community management
  • 2+ years experience in launching Web3 community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and managing social media : Instagram, Facebook, Telegram)
  • Excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask with time management skills
  • Team player who is adaptable to changes and able to work with a diverse range of people
