Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the brands' social media accounts and assets, including interacting with followers and responding to comments, inquiries and complaints.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to plan content for TANYU social media calendar, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and RED etc.
  • Assist in marketing materials design, photo and video on-site shooting.
  • Coordinate among various functional agencies (design, MCN, vendors) and outlets to - platformsâ performance for automotive brands and competitor brands via monthly reports.
  • Handle website and CRM system (customer relationship management).
  • Brainstorm marketing initiatives with in-house team & agencies, execute ad hoc tasks.
  • Follow the media buying strategy and liaise with influencers, media and other suppliers.
  • Assisting in monthly report covering the exposure performance and insights.
  • Seeking new platforms, methods, or styles of promoting our brand online, and to better assist in planning the annual budget of the digital marketing.

Job Requirements

  • Avid social media geek : Facebook, Blog, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Wechat, Line etc.
  • Skills in Email Marketing / Google Analytics / SEO / SEM / Growth Hacking / Mixpanel / Flurry / Split testing etc would be a bonus.
  • Fluent in English and or Mandarin / Cantonese / Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Creative, can-do attitude & energetic.
  • Able to multi-task, proactive and meticulous.
  • Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office & Adobe Photoshop.
  • Min. Degree in related field or its equivalent.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Performance-driven attitude with a hunger and thirst for results.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and an ability to think creatively.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Conscientious and tenacious in working with and around challengers; and always with a sense of urgency.
