What you will do

  • Lead and coordinate incident resolution for Telecom infrastructure.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for WAN (SDWAN, MPLS), WLAN, Proxy.
  • Provide interim and permanent solutions for business‑critical incidents.
  • Analyze incident trends and network capacity for proactive planning.
  • Participate in change management processes.
  • Monitor and resolve infrastructure events impacting service quality.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers.
  • Demonstrate ownership and accountability in all assigned tasks.
  • Document and update internal processes within the team.

What you should have

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of hands‑on experience in Telecoms or Network Operations.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • CCNP level knowledge or certification preferred.
  • Deep understanding of TCP / IP, DNS, Cisco switching / routing, and wireless LAN.
  • Familiarity with firewall, intrusion prevention (NIPS), F5 load balancing and Proxy.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.

    • Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with cloud‑based networking and hybrid environments (e.g., Azure, AWS).
  • Exposure to automation and orchestration tools (e.g., Ansible, Python scripting).
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
