Job descriptionBachelors degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, or related field). Minimum 5 years of experience in SMT processes, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of SMT equipment, technologies, and industry best practices. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description
- Lead and manage the SMT engineering team in daily operations and project execution.
- Oversee process development, optimization, and troubleshooting for SMT assembly lines.
- Ensure equipment maintenance, calibration, and downtime management to meet production targets.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in yield, quality, cost, and productivity.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for SMT processes.
