OEM Sales Sr. Engineer / Asst. Manager

Job Description :

Responsible for the sales contracts, conclude order / contracts, administer sales contract and collection of payment.
Secure local sales to meet / exceed sales target.
Identify market potentials, track market trend and product features for new market niche.
Develop and execute marketing strategies and plan to create market awareness and increase sales.
Review business plan and sales budget to achieve the required contributions and margin.
Monitor project development.
Maintain high level relationships with customers & development of business relationships with external partners.
Monthly reporting of performance, which includes sales performance, action plan, order forecast, market information and environment, and customer service issues.

Job Requirements :

Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering) or its equivalent.

Minimum 5 years working experience in a similar capacity.

Prior industrial sales or marketing experience required.

Possess leadership, analytical and good interpersonal skills.

Good communication and project management skills.

Possess initiative and drive, with a strong sense of ownership.

Able to work independently and deliver consistent quality work.
