Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripheral devices.
  • Monitor and respond to support tickets via the helpdesk system.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Conduct routine maintenance, software updates, and system checks.
  • Assist with the implementation and enforcement of IT policies and procedures.
  • Document common technical problems and solutions in the internal knowledge base.
  • Provide training and support to users on IT systems and security best practices.

Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience : 1–3 years in an IT support or helpdesk environment.

  • Technical Expertise : Proficient in hardware, networking, and software installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Problem-Solving : Strong ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Communication : Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical terms to non-technical users.
  • Customer Service : High level of professionalism and commitment to user satisfaction.
  • Adaptability : Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Documentation Skills : Experience in documenting technical processes and solutions.
  • Team Collaboration : Capable of working closely with IT colleagues and cross-functional teams.
