Job description

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience handling a Full Set of Accounts.
  • Proficiency in Autocount and Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin-speaker is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, independent, trustworthy, able to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Handle Full Set of Accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
  • Monitor cash flow and prepare accurate and timely annual financial reports.
  • Perform company payroll tasks.
  • Ensure proper documentation in accordance with accounting standards and submit corporate tax.
  • Manage SST submissions and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other government agencies.
  • Support year-end audit and other ad hoc tasks.
