We are looking for a Senior Web Developer who not only excels at building WordPress websites but also has a strong eye for design. You will own the full journey from concept to final site designing in Figma and translating your own mockups into high-quality, responsive WordPress builds. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both creative and technical domains.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide technical mentorship and code reviews for junior team members.
• Design high-converting, responsive website layouts and interfaces using Figma.
• Develop fully custom WordPress themes based on your Figma designs (no reliance on pre-made templates).
• Build and maintain sites using Elementor Pro, custom HTML, CSS, and PHP.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across all devices.
• Integrate and configure essential plugins (e.g., Elementor Pro, RankMath SEO, WooCommerce).
• Optimize websites for speed, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
• Maintain and update websites, perform bug fixes, implement feature enhancements.
• Lead technical problem-solving and mentor junior developers when needed.
• Collaborate with project managers, marketers, and designers to deliver client solutions on time.
