What They Do :   -⁠Buy and Sell Cars : We help individuals and dealers buy and sell used cars easily. -⁠Car Financing : We offer flexible loan options with quick approvals. -⁠Car Insurance : Affordable insurance plans with fast claims. -⁠Car Subscription : Monthly car rentals with no long-term commitment. Job Descriptions : 1.⁠ ⁠Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements. 2.⁠ ⁠Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies (online channels, job boards, social media, networking events). 3.⁠ ⁠Manage the full recruitment life cycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination. 4.⁠ ⁠Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs. 5.⁠ ⁠Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. 6.⁠ ⁠Leverage data and analytics to track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) 7.⁠ ⁠Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. 8.⁠ ⁠Support employer branding initiatives to position myTukar as an employer of choice.   • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. -⁠ ⁠2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency). -⁠ ⁠Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, JobStreet, social media, and ATS tools. -⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. -⁠ ⁠Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a high-growth environment. -⁠ ⁠Experience recruiting for tech, automotive, or startup environments is a plus. -⁠ ⁠Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
