Requirements

Minimum Education : SPM
No previous experience needed – we provide full, hands-on training to get you up to speed.
Bring a positive attitude and strong people skills to connect with our team and customers.
Fast-learner and able to follow basic instructions.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced work environment where every day is exciting.
Strong proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
Flexibility of working different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Welcome and greet customers with a warm and friendly approach.

Accurately and promptly take customer orders.

Engage with customers in a positive and friendly way to enhance their dining experience.

Support daily operations in alignment with the management team's guidelines.

Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP) and maintain the outlet's cleanliness at all times.

Prepare and serve beverages with care and consistency.

Work closely with your team to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Perform any additional tasks relevant to the Myeongdong Topokki outlet service crew.
