GL Accountant

to join their team. Role Overview : This is a key role responsible for managing all accounting activities, ensuring data accuracy, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. The

GL Accountant

will maintain financial integrity, uphold reporting standards, and support seamless accounting operations, with specific focus on fixed assets, master data, and audit processes. Maintain and monitor the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of entries. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including P&L and balance sheet reporting. Perform reconciliations for intercompany accounts, bank accounts, and balance sheet accounts. Support internal and external audit processes. Assist with tax compliance, accruals, and journal entries. Identify process improvements and assist with system enhancements to optimize GL operations. Collaborate with regional and global finance teams to ensure consistent financial reporting. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2–5 years of accounting experience with strong focus on general ledger and month-end close. Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
