Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for conducting 3rd party audits based on ISO 27001 / ISO 22000 / ISO 22301 / ISO 13485 / IATF 16949 / AS9100 / MSPO / ESG / ISO 37001 and other management system related standard(s)
  • Ensure assigned audits are carried out in compliance with accreditation requirements
  • Liaise with clients from planning to completion of audits
  • Provide sales and marketing supports
  • Review audit reports as and when assigned by Operations team
  • Follow-up closely with client on NC notes and take necessary actions to address and close queries promptly
  • Conduct audits in accordance with established procedures and prepare the audit report
  • To carry out any other task assigned by Operation Manager
  • Ensure compliance with Corporate' policy & procedures, ISO / IEC 17021, ISO 19011 standard requirements.
  • Develop course materials and conduct management system standards training.
  • Support Academy and Social Media team in development of Training brochure and etc

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in any engineering related discipline with minimum 4 years of working experience
  • sPossess Relevant Auditor Qualifications : Lead Assessor / Auditor course for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001 / ISO 22000 / ISO 22301 / ISO 13485 / IATF 16949 / AS 9100 / MSPO / ISO 37001 is preferre
  • dDetailed and customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and a team player Excellent communication, report writing, presentation and analytical skills Willing to travel local and overseas to conduct audit
  • sComputer literacy for MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • .Be able to work independently with high level of initiative and resourcefulnes
  • sAble to conduct public training , seminar, webinar and etc of relevant topic
  • sAble to develop Training Material and workshop
