Operations Executive

This job focuses on maintaining smooth operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will manage orders, handle customer inquiries, and improve processes to ensure efficiency and timeliness.

• Plan, execute, and deliver customer orders according to requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory management.
• Execute operational processes, including product packing, handling, and storage, to ensure continuous supply.
• Manage customer inquiries and warranty claims, and uphold customer service standards per company policies.
• Ensure timely customer payments in accordance with policies.
• Provide operational insights and recommendations to management for sales forecasting, import / export planning, and production management.
• Analyze workflow processes for efficiency and continuous improvement.
