Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, including running ads on Meta, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu.
- Familiar with ad buying strategies, campaign setup, audience targeting, and budget optimization.
- Strong communication, planning, and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).

Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (RED).Monitor campaign performance using each platform’s tools and make real-time adjustments to improve results.Work closely with the content and creative team to develop engaging ad visuals and copy tailored to each platform.Handle multiple campaigns and timelines, ensuring deliverables meet client or brand objectives.Prepare performance reports with insights and suggestions for future improvements.Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and audience behaviorsSupport in brainstorming new campaign ideas and creative directions.Benefits
