Job descriptionPlan, manage, and execute Salesforce projects within the accounting and finance department. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless Salesforce integration. Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues effectively. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and compliance requirements. Train and support team members in using Salesforce tools effectively.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Salesforce PMO should have :
- A degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing Salesforce projects or similar CRM systems.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- An understanding of accounting and finance processes within the retail industry.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A results-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
