Inside Sales Account Management is responsible for driving sales, building relationships, and managing multiple accounts while working remotely by default (in-person customer engagement only when necessary). In your new role you will :
- Conduct research on leads, develop understanding of prospect needs, and actively develop opportunities both inbound and outbound
- Manage opportunities through remote channels (, virtual demos, video conferencing with remote Field Application Engineers (FAE)), and should have the ability to switch to in-person when required (, FAE support)
- Prepare quotes and price negotiations
- Be responsible for design-win, business-win, and revenue for relevant customers
- Build and maintain customer relationships and loyalty remotely
- Be in charge of the validation and qualification of customer cross / upsell potential
- Prioritize day-to-day activities & prep customer interactions based on data & analytics
- Update sales management systems for core activities ( CRM)
- Take over ownership of accounts and managing stakeholder communications
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have :
Excellent communication skills in English and Korean, both oral and written .A degree in Economics, Business Administration, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or a related field1-3 years of relevant working experience in Sales and Marketing in a global environment. Fresh graduate with Korean language proficiency will be considered.Strong Interpersonal and negotiation skillsProfound Account Management skillsEffective time management skills and ability to multitaskRemote selling experience and analytical skills
