Job description

Responsibilities

  • Handle operational aspects of marketing, including but not limited to voucher setup, communication channel management, homepage assets, and knowledge bank updates.
  • Manage and configure in-app promotional and educational features such as flash sales, livestreams, in-app ads setup and more on a daily basis.
  • Support and coordinate with internal teams on tasks like voucher creation, microsite setup, and other content management configurations.
  • Conduct in-depth studies on in-app assets and communication channels’ performances.
  • Liaise with Regional and local product managers to report and follow up on bugs and system issues.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across departments to ensure campaign accuracy and timely execution.
  • Ensure smooth rollout of marketing efforts including online campaigns, livestream events, and partnerships.

Requirements

  • At least a Diploma in any field is required, Bachelor\'s degree preferred.
  • Excellent command of English (mandatory).
  • Ability to adapt to shift hours, both long-term night shifts and work schedules in which employees change or rotate shifts.
  • Experience in eCommerce marketing and / or campaign management would be a plus.
  • Willing to be hands-on with strong executional abilities.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive with a knack for getting things done.
  • Practical judgment concerning everyday matters is highly essential coupled with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Independent and self-motivated, with good end-to-end ownership of projects. Open to taking on new and ambiguous projects.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
  • Thorough, attentive to details, highly proactive, resourceful, logical, critical thinker, has a growth mindset, team player, reliable and more importantly, someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
