We're Hiring : Salesforce Application Developer! We are seeking a talented Salesforce Application Developer to design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools and a passion for creating efficient, scalable applications that drive business success.

Role : Salesforce Application Developer

Responsibilities

Build Salesforce applications using Apex and Visualforce and leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform.
Create / modify controllers, controller extensions, and triggers across all platforms.
Develop highly interactive UI using Visualforce, JavaScript, and JQuery technologies.
Develop custom applications using Salesforce.com and integrate Salesforce with other systems.
Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, and bug fixes on the Salesforce.com platform.
Migration from Sandbox (Testing Environment) to Production (Live System).
Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform and enhance Standard & Custom Modules.
Meet with users to determine functional and technical requirements and participate in design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Engage in continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development.
Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and how-to guidance.
Act as a point of escalation for technical support and issue resolution.

Skills / Experience

Preferably 1–2 years of Salesforce Developer experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Proficiency with Salesforce.com development including modification of standard objects and fields and creation of custom objects and fields.

Experience in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud.

Apex and Visualforce development, design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Salesforce.com solutions.

Software engineering skills with Force.com Platform (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Unit Testing).

Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.).

A desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-based environment.

Integrate multiple systems with Salesforce, including internal proprietary and third-party applications.

Current Salesforce certifications (e.g., App Builder, Platform Developer I) are advantageous; Platform Developer II adds value.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
