Role purpose
Purpose of the Role : EZ Rx Ambassador is required to meet or exceed adoption objectives of assigned territory by promoting EZ Rx Platform through professional sale techniques, product service and long-term customer relationships. The goal is to enable pharmacies and clinics with a digital tool to help them with ordering their supply, saving time and money. He / she establishes an effective business plan through customer targeting and expands the customer base by using ACE as supporting selling skills tools.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed metric targets : achieve maximum number of 1st purchase customer through EZ Rx
- Execute the commercial strategy in each assigned customer to meet the objective of EZ Rx & Marketplace adoption
- Increase EZ Rx & Marketplace adoption by promoting, communicating and presenting marketing programs and promotions, conduct dealer / retailer training, and drive new customer development
- Plan and manage weekly / monthly work schedules with Business Manager to enable efficient, effective work execution and achieve coverage and frequency targets (quantity & quality) and deliver agreed customer-centric activities within operating budget
- Achieve SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness) KPIs and effectively utilize the relevant SFE software to maintain quality records and report daily calls
- Keep abreast of competition, ecommerce sellers, regulatory and market developments, and update the Company in a timely manner
- Continuous improvement on the functional core competencies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and the local industry’s code of conduct to ensure the company conducts business with integrity
