Requirements
- Approximately 3–5 years of visual merchandising experience in the retail or related goods industry.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English.
- Strong understanding of brand identity and consistent store presentation.
- Flexible, independent, creative, hardworking, and a team player.
- Willing and able to travel for business as needed.
Responsibilities
Position Overview :
The Field VM position is responsible for overseeing visual merchandising in Southeast Asian stores (Singapore / Malaysia). This role works closely with the central VM team and Operations to ensure consistent execution of all VM standards.
Key Responsibilities :
New Store Openings (70%)
a) Coordinate VM layout planning with the central VM team and Operations.b) Manage product merchandising and marketing support.c) Provide on-site assistance throughout the opening process.VM Standards & Guidelines (20%)
a) Conduct monthly VM recaps and regular store visits.b) Maintain open communication with store teams.c) Provide professional visual merchandising expertise and hands-on training.Campaign Activity Support (10%)
a) Ensure timely launch of campaigns and confirm required VM props.b) Collaborate with the central VM team to develop tailored VM plans for each storeBenefits
