Responsibilities

 - Meet requirements in the areas of documentation accuracy, partner approval and systems processing.
 - Use a knack for objection handling, persuading, instilling urgency and acting in a fast‑paced fashion.
 - Problem solve by constantly striving to provide solutions that are in sync with company offers.
 - Constantly excel in meeting and exceeding KPIs set by the company.
 
Qualifications and Requirements
100% telesales role : comfortable making outbound calls via digital communication tools and being on the phone for extended periods.Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese (spoken, read, write).Comfortable with online business tools such as Google applications. Salesforce experience is an added advantage.Strong relationship builder, target‑oriented, resilient, and a team player with willingness to learn.Fast learner, able to adapt quickly to constant changes in operational processes.Education : at least SPM or above.Previous telesales experience not necessary but is a plus.Experience in bank card / loan, insurance via telesales is an added plus point.Schedule & Office Location
Monday to Friday (9.30am – 6.30pm)
Remuneration Package
Base Pay + Commission up to RM5,000 depending on your sales performance.
