About the Role

Carry out Eagle and non-Eagle Investment operational activities. This role is also expected to participate in project tasks on investment data for investment functions in AIA group.

As part of our marketing, distribution & partnership team, you’ll play a vital part in advancing this movement. From fostering meaningful connections with customers, partners, and other individuals involved, to delivering purpose‑led brand positioning and messaging, you will be making a positive, healthy impact across all channels. You will have an important role as a Lead Specialist – Investment Data Management to play in helping more people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.

Job Responsibilities

Perform and support IBOR and non‑IBOR data services / tasks to ensure operational efficiency / effectiveness of the business‑as‑usual activities

Work closely with teams across different areas of the organization to identify data requirements and implement effective data management solutions with strong Eagle application knowledge

Monitor data quality and perform data analysis to identify areas for improvement by collaborating with various team members / stakeholders to ensure data from IBOR / Eagle have high quality to drive efficiencies and streamline the processes.

Strengthen Data Management practices with focus on :

• Data ownership & control
• Data quality & integrity
• Data timeliness

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience in investment data management.

Familiar with Bloomberg AIM & Eagle application, with experience in reference data, pricing, corporate action & transaction data

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.

Location : Cyberjaya (2025) / IOI Tower 1, Putrajaya (2026)
