Responsibilities :
- Pinpointing the best offerings, giving demos or presentations as well as proposals to clients.
- Reaching out to potential leads through various channels such as partner collaboration, social media, marketing events etc.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with the client’s key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that align with client's needs and industry trends.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, deals insight and sales order lodging in the ERP system.
- Provide regular progress reports and updates toward goals and potential challenges.
- Participating in ongoing training and workshops, as well as attending social networking events.
Qualifications :
2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT Industry.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.Willingness to travel.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field (or equivalent experience).Sub Specialization : Sales;Business Development;Account / Client Management;Channel Sales;Enterprise Sales Type of Employment : Permanent Minimum Experience : 2 Years Work Location : Selangor Salary Range : RM8,000 Per Month
