We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administration Intern to help ensure smooth start-up company's day-to-day operations. This role includes clerical work, document management, basic finance tasks, and providing administrative support to the team and management. Training and guidance will be provided.  -Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, and organizing documents. -Assist with preparing invoices, tracking expenses, and supporting basic finance administration. -Manage correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally. -Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars. -Handle office supplies and ensure the workspace is organized. -Support management with general administrative tasks and coordination. -Prepare simple reports and maintain records accurately.   • Interest or background in administration, business studies, or related fields. -Currently studying or completed SKM Level 3 / Diploma / Degree in the field to office administration, business administration or relevent field. -Good organizational skills and attention to detail. -Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace. -Basic understanding of finance or bookkeeping is an advantage (training will be provided). -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Positive attitude and willingness to learn. -Minimum of 3 to 6 months internship duration.
