What’s the role?

As the Head of BI Frontend Solutions, you will be part of the Global SAP Business Intelligence (BI) Team focused on Hilti’s frontend offering. You will be responsible for one of the largest SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) implementations in the world (8,000 unique users & 60,000 story views daily) and have the opportunity to shape, build, and roll out SAP Datasphere as Hilti’s next-generation Data Warehouse / Fabric solution and a foundation of Hilti’s BI strategy of the future.

You will play an active role in driving the adoption of analytics into the reporting and decision‑making processes across Hilti’s whole organization by working closely with various key stakeholders from the business, ensuring easy access to data they need and to support them in realizing their analytical dashboards and business planning solutions.

In This Role You Will

• Manage and develop the BI Frontend team including hiring, onboarding, and continuous people development.
• Work closely with the business to understand business requirements and how BI Frontend solutions can fulfill them.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to develop a BI vision and create a product roadmap for BI Frontend that outlines the product offering over time to achieve that vision.
• Initiate, prioritize, and execute projects related to BI Frontend solutions, including exploration initiatives, implementation and improvement projects, and lifecycle projects.
• Manage and improve operational processes to ensure stable operations of the BI Frontend solutions.
• Manage capacity of the team and prioritize multiple backlogs against multiple targets to achieve balanced results.
• Manage vendor relationships and consultants.
