Job description

To liase with customers on any related to quality issues.

To assist his / her superior in all quality matters

To control the official company's quality system documents, distribution, and retrieving.

To oversee the quality control staff activities.

To support his / her superior to implement and maintain all activities pertaining to requirement of Quality Management System, QMS (ISO9001 / IATF16949 - if any certificates applicable)

To assist his / her superior to monitor and evaluate the quality control department staff's performances.

To assist his / her superior in customer's visit / audit.

To support communicate all job tasks and job duties to intended recipient from all relating inter-department / section to acquire response and results.

Auditing systems based on Quality Management System, QMS (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 if any applicable) requirements and develop, implement & maintain the organisation's quality documentation, such as quality procedures, reports, etc.
