Supply Chain Executive

Job descriptionBachelor’s degree ideally in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field. Minimum 1 year working experience in international trade or logistics coordination. Experience with 3PL partners and international vendors. Understanding of customs procedures and HS code usage. Familiarity with ERP or logistics tracking systems. Good analytical, communication, and time management skills. Mandarin is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage overseas order placements and track shipment timelines.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, 3PLs, and customs agents.
- Use correct HS Codes and ensure accurate import documentation.
- Prepare and review shipping documents (invoices, BL, CO, etc).
- Monitor shipment schedules and coordinate warehouse deliveries.
- Verify landed cost calculations (duties, taxes, freight, etc).
- Maintain communication with international suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with customs procedures and internal SOPs.
- Communicate weekly with stakeholders to align on procurement and delivery timelines.
- Perform any other related task assigned by superior.
