Assistant Customer Service Manager What You'll Do
Assist in managing daily customer service operations and team performance Handle escalated customer complaints and complex service issues Support training and development of customer service representatives Monitor service metrics and prepare performance reports Implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns What We're Looking For
2-4 years of customer service experience with leadership exposure Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Experience with CRM systems and customer service tools Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory Ready to make an impact?
