Aon Is Looking for a Senior Consultant, Executive Compensation, Rewards Solutions

We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Senior Compensation Consultant for our Executive Compensation Consulting practice. You will refine and apply your knowledge of compensation design and implementation to deliver high quality client solutions. You will lead projects with minimal direction from more experienced consultants and / or serve as a team member on larger, more sophisticated client engagements. In this role, you will primarily deliver billable client work but will support selling efforts and be part of proposal teams.
This is a hybrid role and could be located near an Aon office such as Chicago, New York, Washington D.C., San Francisco, or Denver.

Salary and incentive information : The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $160,000 annually. Actual salary will vary based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The salary shown is based on a primary work location of Chicago, IL and may vary for other locations. The position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
