Job description

Job descriptions :

  • To provide high level administrative and secretarial support to Director, designated committees and work groups.
  • Manage the Director 's diary and arrange meetings.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the meetings.
  • General administrative assistance of office policies and manuals.
  • Assist Director to organize the workflow and follow up action delegated by Director .
  • This role involves working closing with the Director and all staffs in the Group.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
  • Able to work 5.5 days.
  • At least 3-4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Excellent work attitude, project management experience is an added advantage.
  • Good Time Management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Required language(s) : BAHASA MALAYSIA, ENGLISH, MANDARIN. Required to handle Chinese Speaking Clients.
  • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : RM3, RM5,000.00 per month

    Ability to commute / relocate :

  • Petaling Jaya : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
  • Education :

  • Diploma / Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
  • Experience :

  • Personal Assistant : 1 year (Preferred)
  • Language :

  • Mandarin (Preferred)
  • Bahasa (Preferred)
  • Work Location : In person
