In a Nutshell

We’re looking for a hands‑on and resourceful Sourcing & Partnership Specialist to bring ideas to life for campaigns and activations. You’ll be the link between creative concepts and real‑world execution — sourcing items, materials, and production partners, managing vendors, and ensuring top‑quality output.

You’ll also build and maintain strong relationships with regional vendors, explore new sourcing opportunities, and stay up to date with trends, materials, and suppliers in the creative production space.

What you’ll do

• Source and manage a reliable network of local and regional vendors — including suppliers for items, fabrication, print, and activation builds
• Maintain good relationships with existing partners while actively scouting and evaluating new vendors
• Stay informed on new materials, production methods, and market trends to bring fresh sourcing ideas
• Negotiate pricing, timelines, and terms to ensure cost efficiency and quality
• Advise internal teams and clients on materials, feasibility, and production timelines
• Coordinate samples, quality checks, and production schedules to meet campaign deadlines
