Marketing Executive (KOL / Event Operation) - Fresh graduate welcome

Job Description

Event Operation Marketing Plan and develop event strategies aligned with business goals and brand positioning. Manage end-to-end event execution, including logistics, vendors, and on-site coordination. Conduct post-event reviews, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee vendor negotiations and budget management to ensure cost efficiency. Collaborate with Marketing to promote events and maintain brand consistency. KOL Marketing

Build and manage relationships with KOL (Key Opinion Leader) / influencers and coordinate brand campaigns. Source and maintain an influencer database. Identify and engage suitable influencers for campaigns and programs. Handle influencer outreach, negotiation, and contracting. Review influencer content to ensure quality and timely delivery. Track and analyze campaign performance to drive improvements. Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Public Relations or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. Relevant experience in event planning and operation / KOL management / social media marketing is an added advantage. Excellent organizational and communication skills, quick to learn, flexible and innovative. Good command of English and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
