Job description

The Senior Customer Quality Engineer will lead the Customer Quality Engineering Team and act as the primary interface with customers.

  • Lead and mentor a team of CQEs, providing direction, guidance and support in managing customer quality issues.
  • Build and develop team capability through training, coaching and performance management.
  • Lead customer complaint management, ensuring timely and effective resolution through 8D, 5-Why, and root cause analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer quality representatives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Represent the company in customer audits, visits, and performance reviews.
  • Allocate responsibilities, monitor performance and ensure team delivers on KPIs (DPPM, audit finding closure and customer scorecards).
  • Ensure robust quality documentation and customer-specific requirements are deployed across operations.

Requirement : -

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a leadership experience in managing quality team.
  • Strong background in quality engineering within metal fabrication, sheet metal or precision manufacturing industries.
  • Experience working with multinational customers (prederably semiconductor, industrial, or electronics sectors).
  • Hands-on experience with problem solving tools (8D, Fishbone, 5 Why, PDCA).
