Overview
Deliver high-quality HR reporting, analytics, and insights across the APAC & EMEA region, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic value to HR leadership and business stakeholders. This role is accountable for both operational reporting excellence and advanced analytics capabilities, integrating HR, Finance, Learning and Talent data to provide predictive insights that inform workforce planning and business strategy. Scope of Role
APAC & EMEA regional coverage (ROA, China, EMEA and new HRSS migration markets). Interaction with HRBPs, COEs, Country HR, Finance, and global HR analytics teams. Participation in enterprise-level data governance and reporting standards. Accountabilities
Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR and business stakeholders to understand data needs, deliver actionable insights, and influence decision-making. Act as the APAC & EMEA representative for global reporting initiatives, ensuring regional needs are reflected in enterprise data strategies. Data Reporting & Dashboard Management
Produce accurate and timely recurring and ad-hoc HR reports covering headcount, attrition, diversity, learning compliance, and workforce metrics. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics) for both operational and strategic use. Ensure reporting standards and definitions are consistent across all APAC & EMEA countries. Analytics & Insights
Analyse trends to identify workforce risks, capability gaps, and opportunities for optimisation. Integrate data from HR, Finance, and other business functions to provide cross-functional insights. Use advanced analytics methods (predictive modelling, statistical analysis) to inform workforce strategy. Develop predictive analytics models for attrition, hiring needs, and skills demand. Advise HR leadership on workforce planning scenarios based on business forecasts. Collaborate with Finance and Operations for integrated headcount and cost analysis. Establish data storytelling frameworks for executive presentations. Data Integrity & Governance
Maintain high standards of data accuracy and completeness in Oracle HCM and other HR systems. Implement preventive controls and automated validation processes to reduce manual data cleansing. Champion compliance with statutory reporting obligations across APAC & EMEA markets. Process Improvement & Automation
Identify and implement automation solutions to reduce manual reporting effort by 30% and improve reporting turnaround time. Drive adoption of self-service reporting tools for managers and HRBPs. Document reporting processes and maintain a repository of report definitions, templates, and SOPs. Capability Development
Share knowledge and best practices with HR teams across APAC & EMEA to uplift analytics capability. Mentor junior reporting analysts when assigned, fostering analytical skills and business understanding. Strategic Advisory and Data Governance Leadership
Represent APAC & EMEA in global data governance forums to shape enterprise-wide reporting standards. Lead the design and execution of HRSS wide analytics strategy aligned to business growth. Drive continuous improvement of analytics maturity model — ensuring HRSS Reporting and Analytics remains aligned with global best practices. Organizational Relationships

Education :
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Statistic, Mathematics or related field. Skills & Experience :
3–5 years’ experience in HR reporting, workforce analytics, or related roles in a multi-country environment. Prior experience in shared services or global HR operations preferred. Technical :
Expert in HRIS reporting (Oracle HCM, SAP SF) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau). Strong data modelling, visualisation, and analytics skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel (macros, pivot tables, advanced formulas). Behavioral :
Strong analytical and critical thinking. Data storytelling & influencing skills. Business acumen with HR & finance links. Continuous improvement mindset. Cross-cultural collaboration. Languages :
English fluency (mandatory) plus one additional language preferred (Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Filipino or other languages). KPIs & SLAs
