CNC MACHINING MANUFACTURING : 1 year (Required)
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise production team to achieve output, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Plan and execute daily production schedules in collaboration with SCM team.
- Monitor and prepare reports on production performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and resolve production issues.
- Maintain production staff discipline, adherence to Work Instructions and SOPs, 5S and safety standards.
- Responsible for planning, organizing, directing & controlling relevant aspects of manufacturing operations.
- Lead, organize and manage Production, Quality Assurance, Engineering, team to ensure operational tasks are coordinated and executed efficiently, and effectively.
- Identify areas for improvement, establish plans and implement actions for quality, productivity, cost, delivery improvement.
