Overview

Stampede Solution Sdn Bhd is the leading technology provider to the Accounts Receivable Management and Recovery industry in Malaysia. As an Executive Assistant, you will be the CEO's right hand, the primary business-related point of support for the CEO, ensuring efficiency and seamless coordination. Responsibilities

Manage the CEO's day-to-day operations; organize schedule, attend and document meetings, and follow up on projects on behalf of the CEO. Be highly involved in high-level business functions such as project management, preparing for board and client meetings, and liaising with key stakeholders together with the CEO. Serve as the central hub for communication between the executives and other departments, ensuring information flows smoothly. Document discussions, decisions, and action items in key meetings and ensure follow-up tasks are completed promptly and to a high standard. Handle a range of administrative duties, including preparing presentations, managing expenses, organizing documents, and supporting various projects to ensure timely and quality completion. Represent the CEO in internal and external communications, handling correspondence professionally and with discretion. Attend and contribute constructively to team meetings; collaborate with stakeholders to apply new ideas and tools to enhance team effectiveness; perform other duties to support the team as needed. Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in English Language Studies, Computer Science, or related field with a minimum CGPA of 3.0; equivalent practical experience will be considered. Exceptional command of English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems creatively, and make sound decisions with minimal direction. Fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with strong prioritization and task execution skills. Ability to speak other languages (e.g., Malay or Chinese - Mandarin / Cantonese) is a significant advantage. Experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) industry is an added advantage. Seniority
