Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Assistant Vice President, Business Analysis to lead business analysis and project delivery for key technology initiatives, including the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), process improvement, and Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven transformation. The AVP will play a pivotal role in shaping business and technology alignment, driving operational efficiency, and enabling data-driven decision-making. This role also involves project management responsibilities and supervision of junior Business Analysts, ensuring consistent delivery quality and adherence to project governance standards.

Job Description

Business Analysis & Innovation

• Develop comprehensive business and functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct detailed business process reviews to identify pain points and improvement opportunities across departments.
• Champion innovation through the use of Generative AI , RPA , and low-code platforms to automate manual processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Work with data teams to define data quality rules, business KPIs, and analytics requirements for the Enterprise Data Warehouse.
