Job description
  • Responsible in handling and maintaining proper office documents record
  • Liaise with service provider, local authority, financial institution
  • Assist Building Manager on operation, administration and finance
  • Assist Accounts Manager on account related matter
  • Able to write minutes of meeting would be an added advantage
  • Assist to generate billing and send out to the purchasers
  • Assist to send reminder to the defaulters
  • Responsible in general office administration
  • Attending incoming inquiries and complaints
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assign by superior
  • Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

    Salary : RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
