We are looking for a
Senior Marketing Executive / Manager
to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, product adoption, and business growth in a regulated and data-driven industry. Responsibilities
Partner with marketing leadership to define
goals, roadmaps, and engagement strategies
across teams. Build and refine
operational frameworks and cross-functional collaboration models
to improve efficiency and clarity. Manage marketing initiatives and timelines, ensuring
on-time delivery
and alignment with product and business objectives. Develop and implement
systems, processes, and workflows
that connect marketing programs to company-wide goals. Lead
status meetings, campaign reviews, and project checkpoints , keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned. Serve as a strategic liaison across internal teams and external partners, helping
translate high-level strategy into executable plans . Support
go-to-market (GTM) efforts , content rollout, and internal enablement in collaboration with product marketing. Maintain visibility of shifting priorities and surface opportunities to optimize marketing performance and team collaboration. Qualifications
5–7+ years
experience in
marketing operations, project / program management, or consulting , preferably within B2B, tech, or financial sectors Proven track record managing
complex cross-functional projects
with multiple stakeholders Experience building operational
processes, roadmaps, and tracking systems
to streamline marketing execution Strong communication and storytelling skills to influence and align across teams Comfort in
ambiguous, fast-paced environments , with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset Ability to balance strategic thinking with
attention to detail
