Job descriptionSecondary education graduate. Minimum 1 year related experience in fashion retail, preferably ready‑to‑wear. Client‑centric, passionate about fashion, energetic, positive, approachable. Sales driven, willing to aim higher, able to work under pressure. Basic computer skills (MS Office). Candidates with more experience may be considered for Senior Sales Associate.

Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent client experience as a brand ambassador, embodying the SMCP image and promoting collections with solid production knowledge and storytelling.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients (CRM).
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs to maximize business.
- Comply with operational processes including cash registers, stock management, and visual merchandising.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
