Job Summary
Associate Manager - FSS Ops Utilities - Fees Management is responsible for leading a dynamic team within Global Business Services, overseeing critical operational processes related to digital asset transaction management, wallet and token administration, and ensuring robust risk and governance frameworks for cryptocurrencies and tokenized assets. The role drives the end‑to‑end delivery of Digital Asset Operations, aligning front‑to‑back activities, mitigating operational and regulatory risks, and supporting the Banking and Securities Services business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team in GBS to deliver critical operational processes for digital assets, including transaction, wallet, and token administration.
- Define and implement global operating standards and Target Operating Model for digital asset operations.
- Ensure compliance with Group and Country policies, statutory regulations and the Code of Conduct.
- Monitor key operational metrics (volumes, productivity, accuracy, service levels, losses / lapses, risk registers, cost budgets) and report performance to senior stakeholders.
- Oversee end‑to‑end product journey for local and international clients across onshore and central teams.
- Implement change management processes and enhance control mechanisms to mitigate operational risk.
- Act as escalation point for country‑level operational issues, coordinate remedial actions and ensure timely resolution.
- Champion the identification and implementation of operational best practices across markets.
- Represent Digital Asset Operations in operational forums, groups, and conferences.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience, with deep expertise in Securities Services and Digital Asset Operations.Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and stakeholder management.Experience in custodial operations, securities processing and regulatory compliance.Familiarity with anti‑money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.Strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail skills.Skills & Experience
Knowledge of account opening and securities services custodian process.Proficiency in MS Office with advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MIS reporting.Competencies
