Customer Service (Live Chat / Email – Global English)

  • Deliver outstanding customer support via live chat and email, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Understand and assess customer needs to provide effective, tailored solutions.
  • Guide customers through account verification processes, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory procedures.
  • Ensure first-contact resolution by working closely with internal teams and external service partners to drive timely case closures.
  • Process account updates and modifications in response to customer requests, ensuring data accuracy.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role, specifically in live chat and email based support.
  • High proficiency in English.
  • Demonstrated empathy and professionalism in customer interactions.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotational shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
