Job Title : Project Manager - Insurance
About the Role :
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and deliver key projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing backend systems or digital systems implementation projects, with a preference for those who have worked in the insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, manage, and deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure project documentation, governance, and compliance are in place.
- Drive continuous improvements in project management practices.
Requirements :
3+ years of experience in Project Management.Prior insurance industry experience strongly preferred.Hands-on experience with backend systems or digital systems implementation projects.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile / Scrum) are a plus.Job Type : Full-time
