Job Title : Project Manager - Insurance

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and deliver key projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing backend systems or digital systems implementation projects, with a preference for those who have worked in the insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan, manage, and deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure project documentation, governance, and compliance are in place.
  • Drive continuous improvements in project management practices.

Requirements :

  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management.
  • Prior insurance industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with backend systems or digital systems implementation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile / Scrum) are a plus.

    Pay : RM10, RM12,000.00 per month

  • Project management : 2 years (Required)
  • Insurance : 2 years (Required)
  • backend systems or digital systems implementation : 3 years (Preferred)
